- Service data: data you enter into the Vantizor CRM platform as a customer

- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing necessary to provide our services
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): analytics to improve our website and services

- To provide and improve the Vantizor platform

- Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure (EU servers)
- Vercel: website hosting (EU region)
- Legal authorities, when required by law

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Customer data is deleted within 30 days of account termination upon request.
